How this works

GNet stands between the client and the worker — from search to payment.

🏠 If you are a client

1 · Search or post
Browse the verified workers in your area, or post a requirement and let them apply to you. You choose.
2 · Talk inside the app
Settle the details and the price using the in-app chat. No need to swap phone numbers — we hold those.
3 · Book and pay GNet
Once the worker agrees, you pay GNet's GCash or bank account. We hold your payment — it has not gone to the worker yet.
4 · Confirm when it's done
When it's finished and you're happy, click "Confirm". Only then do we release the payment. If something's wrong you can file a complaint while we still hold the money.

🛠️ If you are a worker

1 · Register and get verified
Pick your skills and upload a valid ID and barangay clearance. The community sees you once you're verified.
2 · Post your services
Show your finished work and your rate. You can also apply to the requirements residents have posted.
3 · Accept the booking
When you're booked, you accept or decline. We wait for the client to pay before you start — so you know the job is funded.
4 · Finish and get paid
Mark it finished, the client confirms, and we release your payment — the agreed price less the 15% GNet service fee. You see exactly what you'll receive before you even accept the job.

What we charge

The GNet service fee is 15% and it is included in the price — no extra charge to the client. For example, if the agreed price is ₱1,000:

The client pays₱1,000.00

↳ goes to the worker₱850.00

↳ GNet service fee (15%)₱150.00

The client sees one price only. The fee covers verifying partners, supporting the transaction, and protecting the money on both sides — which is how a worker knows the job is genuinely funded before starting.

Why we don't hand out contact numbers

The phone numbers of the client and the worker are management contact only — GNet alone holds them. That is what protects both sides: if someone doesn't show up, doesn't pay, or damages something, we have a record of the whole conversation and we still hold the money.

Any number typed into the chat is hidden automatically by the system.
